Mint Chutney Recipe ( Pudina ki Chutney )

Ingredients (Required For Mint Chutney Recipe)
- ½ cup of finely chopped mint leaves
- 1 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 cloves garlic (lasun)
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1/3 inch of ginger piece (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Water as per requirement
PROCESS OF MAKING
#1 Take garlic, ginger, chilli and salt in a chutney jar of grinder
#2 Grind them until medium coarse consistency.
#3 Now add mint leaves, coriander leaves and lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of water
#4 Grind again until you get smooth coarse consistency. Now your delicious mint chutney is ready.
